Just received the beautiful doll and back pack, perfect for my 1 year old granddaughter. Fantastic customer service, my order was cancelled by mistake and I was refunded and sent the doll as a goodwill gesture. Will highly recommend Leyadoll to family and friends. It looks great. Very nice outcome - it’s looks great and no mistake in the name - I was afraid it won’t never arrived as I have read bad reviews - so I contact customer service but I got quick response and my packages arrived at the same time - you just need to be patient with the delivery time.
